Amazing, food, service and people watching! My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner on our second to last night in Sayulita and had a wonderful meal here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was perfect. Their mojitos are also the best in town–served in a big glass and not too sweet. And the Arrachera plate was amazing!

Great Happy Hour! Excellent Margaritas- happy hour from 12-4! Tasty Salsa with the right amount of spice, and ceviche! Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Friendly, local, fresh, fun and delicious! This is my favorite place to go anytime of day in Sayulita!! I always know I will get delicious food and super friendly and fast service! The location is beautiful! Breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour, appetizers, dinner, dessert and coffee. Not to mention the margaritas..ask Martin to shake you up something special, he’s the best!

Best Pina  Colada in town! We enjoyed several meals at Tierra Viva during our recent trip, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food was consistently good as was the service. In addition to good food, I think they make the best Pina Colada in Sayulita.

The best shrimp in agua chile! All that we ordered was amazing! The best was the shrimp agua chile. It is a little spicy but more than worth it. Vast amounts of food and very fresh. The tuna was also amazing! Everything was so good we came back, and would have continue eating there if I had stayed more days!

Wonderful food, great service! Our family of seven brought the rooster fish we caught to Terra Viva and they cooked it up for us with 3 different sauces…delicious! We also went there a couple of times for light lunches and of course 2 for 1 margueritas, everything was wonderful. The service is friendly and attentive. A most pleasant, relaxing experience with good food!
