Pescado, camarón, mejillones y calamar. Salteados a las hierbas finas Servido sobre un molcajete caliente, cubierto con salsa de jitomate y pernod con aguacate y pan a un lado.

Fish, Shrimp, Mussels and Calamari sautéed with cilantro, fine herbs, covered with a pernod, white wine and tomato sauce, topped with avocado. Bread on the side.

CAMARON TIERRA VIVA / TIERRA VIVA SHRIMP (200 g)

Salteados con hierbas finas y vino blanco bañados con salsa de balsámico y soya, acompañados de vegetales mixtos y ensalada de arrúgala, tomate cherry y queso de cabra.

Fresh Tuna filled with cream cheese and avocado in a pistachio crust, drizzled with pistachio pesto, served with rice and arugula, cherry tomato and orange salad.

Rebanadas de atún fresco. Sellado al plancha. Sobre una cama de vegetales asados (morrones, cebolla, calabas y berenjena) mezclados con una rica salsa con camarón y aros de calamari, bañados con una salsa de jitomate, hierbas y vino blanco.
